The covered patio includes seating for up to 20 guests, a gas grill, and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for evening dinners or morning coffee in the fresh country air. Guests can explore private hiking trails, kayak on the onsite fishing pond, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. On the property, you will also find a storage box that is filled with outdoor games, including volleyball, badminton, cornhole, fishing gear, frisbees for frisbee golf (the goal is right next to it), and life jackets for the kayaks.
*We're on 400 acres of beautiful Kansas countryside, which means peace, quiet, and yes... bugs. Despite regular pest control, you may see a few critters inside and out. It's part of the charm of country living! We recommend bringing bug spray so you enjoy the outdoors during your stay.*

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*POND - Please note: there is an unfenced open body of water on the property. Guests are responsible for supervising children and non-swimmers at all times. Use of the pond and kayaks is at your own risk.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*LIABILITY WAIVER - Due to the body of water on the property, guests are required to sign a liability waiver before check-in.
